2019 District Red Ribbon Ceremony

Dozens of students were recognized for their stance against harmful substances and bullying during the 2019 District Red Ribbon Ceremony.

Roby Elementary School’s gymnasium was filled with proud family members watching their students earn certificates and plaques for creating posters, writing essays and making videos.

Here is a full list of student winners and their respective schools:

Red Ribbon Poster Contest - Elementary school level – Hadley Sturgill, Emma Ludwig, Sofia Estrada-Mondragon and Estefania Mansfield of Brooks; Kyson Kellen, Maycie Blankenship and Alayna Blankenship of Cedar Grove; Olivia Bonham Summers of Crossroads; Avery Shelton of Freedom; Blake Cole and Elizabeth Stansbury of Lebanon Junction; Mikayla Scheer of Maryville; Elijah LaRock, Serenity Lay and Gabriel Garrett of Mt. Washington; Selina Forman, Whittani Ritter and Briley Young of Old Mill; Jadien Phillips and Madison Cody of Overdale; and Braylon Brand of Shepherdsville.
